What i'm thankful for

I don't yet personally know anyone that has this virus.
I live alone. No more roommates (thank the sky friends).
I fixed that old espresso machine earlier this year.
I have enough to pay my rent.
I have food and can get food.
I turn on my tap and there's clean water.
I take a shit in a washroom, alone, usually on the internet.
I have the internet.
The fact that i'm canadian and live in a country that will not be completely devastated by this virus.
Board games with solitaire option.
My plants.
Music!
Everyone reading this from their homes where they should be and where they should stay.

You poop while on the internet? Make sure that your video cam is always off.
It's a bit early to predict how the virus will impact this country. Many "developed" countries are being hit hard by this. One person affected by a death of a loved one will be personally be devastated by it.
Please

Remember that many of the people you see on transit and walking around are on the front line. I have to take transit to my healthcare job. I wish I could isolate at home but I can’t.

I agree completely, living alone and feeling very, very fortunate, safe and content.

The CIA can watch me pee and poo and I don't give one flying fuck. Can you imagine being the guy on a desk who has to watch people poo and pee?

Sure - being monitored by the pee and poo patrol is one thing, but do you want it to accidentally go viral to your friends, family, employer/employees? I still value a little bit of privacy. Also don’t want some fetishist enjoying it too much. It’s all about boundaries.
Hilarious
