This WFH thing won’t last forever

So taking advantage of the empty streets and doing lots of running. It’s reshaped my body because I am not a runner. Even with all the sitting and eating at home, one month of running has made a visible difference. In times of change I look for opportunities for improving.

Totally. I've put on over ten pounds so far looking for another twenty.
Dance for an hour to keep up the cardio.
Eat. Sleep Dance, repeat.

My outdoor cardio is mostly long walks instead of running but the empty streets really are incredible, especially with all this sunny weather!
Look forward to my walk every day.

Where are these empty streets? I leave my apartment to get food and I can’t help but pass hundreds of people still out n about. I try to walk on the road but too many cars around still too

But as a person who works from home all the time, before this all happened, sounds like not a lot of work is getting done. You're giving us who actually DO work at home a bad name, dude.
