I've lost enough weight and have enough smiles for the both of us.

Scientists believe they have detected a parallel universe where physics is opposite of ours; maybe in that dimension you're slowly imploding;))
We ALL were hot and confident

it's called "youth." The trick isn't to hold onto hotness forever, it's to develop other valuable qualities, like wisdom, patience, generosity and forgiveness. If you didn't just laugh there, there might be hope for you!
what is lost, yada yada.... can be found

cliches are real. Point. I had NEVER known self happiness. In later decade, out of the blue and at a time of turmoil and pain, I felt it. I knew it at the time. lost it as fast as I felt it. Maybe 5 years later after a grind I found it again. I recognized because I had felt it before. held it longer, lost it. found it again and am still holding it. If you've loved yourself once, it's still inside you. You can find it again. :)

We are all aging; it’s not just you OP. Know that you’re not singled out by any means. Sometimes I look up old photos of “the beautiful people” like Harry Connick Jr and Jill Goodacre, Tia Carrera, heck even Axl Rose and Stephanie Seymour. They were all beautiful wen they were young and then they aged like all of us. Having a big smile and a sense of humour counts for a lot when you’re older. We all enter different chapters in our lives and we will not stay in one decade our whole lives. Everything hot cools down.
You have a choice

You can work on your fitness and confidence. You don’t have to just fade into fat misery.
Get a Fitbit or something like that, go for a walk everyday. Practice eating healthy and good hygiene and you will feel better.

Maybe just my opinion but Axl Rose was never hot. He's a slime ball.
