I just blew up from constant eating and decided it had to stop. Currently lost 15 lbs and another 10 to go. My new diet/exercise regime is my pandemic stay-at-home project.
Check out Jorge Cruise's book

The Cruise Control Diet. He explains the science easily behind why sugar (or high glycemic foods such as potatoes & bread) cause weight gain. Also that healthy fats (org/vir coconut and olive oils) aren't fattening. Also get Ketotarian by Will Cole.
Some people may try to say it's only too many calories, but they obviously haven't learned the latest facts and those 2 books will explain them.

Yes, start today.....go for long walk. Do some stretching. One day at a time....do it 5x week, stick with it and in a month you'll be amazed at how much better you feel. I started 14 months ago...used to feel 80 now 45....I'm 73. My gym is closed...really miss the treadmill. good luck.

Hey, don't be selfish! You know every MLA is paid enough to have a home gym, right? We should respect our Feudal Overlords! They know it's best that we not be able to exercise while they have home gyms.
