Just buy an electric hairclipper at London Drugs or Canadian Tire, etc.

Shave it off, problem solved! You can use the hair for fertilizer; it is high in nitrogen and sulfur.

What does the post mean to you? To me it means that someone has longer hair and they don't like it blowing in the wind. Period. Where did your comment come from?

If my 90 year old grandmother is bad ass enough to cut her own hair after suffering a stroke, what's your excuse?

The same thing that the others were thinking, that the person (likely male) is irritated by his longer hair that normally wouldn't be long enough to blow in the wind, but because of the closures he cant get it professionally cut.
Untwist your panties, ffs.

I have a long hair or two coming out of a mole on my face that I can feel straining in the wind.
