I never thought I'd say this

but I am actually feeling very fortunate to be in my 60's and in the latter third of my life.
Right now with the global pandemic and now it's announced that we've got the worst seasonal storms coming in history. The storm thing is only going to get worse with climate change.
I feel sorry for all you young foks out there.

Um...yeah....
"Gee, golly, we lived our full lives unencumbered and didn't care whether we polluted the planet so badly that it's affected the climate for future generations or how we refused to retire so we could hoard all the jobs while supporting wage freezes to wipe out the middle class from the comfort of our spacious easy-to-afford homes but we've squeezed this lemon dry and too bad, huh?"
We'll thank you when you're in a nursing home as we try to find the plug to pull. And don't worry, we'll try to feel just as bad as you do now. Cheers!

Actually we have no idea what the future climate will be, every model since forever has been wrong. Could it be warmer every year and have horrible consequences? Yes. Could some other scenario happen, and things will be more or less just fine, and we've all been panicking about nothing? Also yes. I am not a climate change denier, but the level of certainty many people have about what the future holds is unwarranted.
Doesn't matter your age

Climate change will never get bad enough to wipe us all out before some asteroid does. I bet we'll have a major impact as late as next year.

Overlapping environmental crises could tip the planet into "global systemic collapse," more than 200 top scientists warned in February. A report last June 2019 suggests ‘High Likelihood of Human Civilization Coming to an End’ Starting in 2050. The analysis was published by the Breakthrough National Centre for Climate Restoration, a think-tank in Melbourne, Australia. There's more, I could go on. There is no shortage of scientists who see things different from you.
