Vancouver peaceful protests

So proud that these big groups remained peaceful. A little concerned that masks and social distancing went out the window.

I was there and most people wore masks. Furthermore there were several people ( I counted 4) handing out masks and directly offering masks to those not wearing them.

lots to consider
do peaceful protests ever create change?
who are these violent protesters?
some may have the aim to ruin the peaceful aspect of the protests
some may not be believers in peaceful protest
some may just be there to take advantage of the situation
definitely more than 2 'sides' in this

Really Wonder...

... why no media did a hatchet job on these people. If the virus and social distancing are so important, why isn't anyone calling them out like the anti-lockdown protesters? It doesn't matter what they're protesting, if this virus is so deadly. Just another example of the double-standards of our left-wing media.

The footage I saw on TV showed at least half with no masks and standing right beside others. It was the first time I saw dr Henry with a clenched jaw.

It's especially concerning when the medical evidence suggests black people are more likely to have adverse outcomes from coronavirus---it's so weird how the left-wing media is illogical. It's almost like it's a TV show, not some sort of science-product designed to present a clear picture of reality...
