I hate how much acronyms are used today

Please tell me what the heck DM means. I see it more often now and I can't figure out what it stands for. And quit using them to talk. Say the damn word!!

There. Now you know.
...wait...*checks notes*
Oh,sorry, that's the actual meaning. I'm supposed to give you the official version.
DM is "direct message", like on Twitter, for example - a more private method. As opposed to public sh*tposting, which is the norm.
You're welcome.

Wtf? But seriously, how can you possibly believe that Neurologists are bad? If you’ve ever needed one you’d know just how wrong you are. It’s one of the most difficult specialties to get into, and they help people that would die without them.

"Culture" Oh, how Canadians throw the word culture around. Only in North America could a person use the expression "text culture".
