Preventable

I would chide the world that this spread is preventable and that everyone is stupid. Then I think back to my ex's and everything that was preventable. then I think about how many times I knew that knowledge going to the the next relationship and the predictable outcome. then I laugh. then I cry. then I turn back to repeats of M*A*S*H and classic hockey and rerun after rerun of shows that I thought went off the air years ago.

Yeah, we never learn. Too invested in what we want to happen, rather than seeing what really is.
