Try This

I confess it makes me so,mewhat sad seeing all the posts about loneliness, isolation and depression. Considering what's going on everywhere it's no freakin' wonder. Small suggestion - try this. When you wake up in the morning go online if you have access to the internet twice a day. Maybe watch when you're having breakfast and again after dinner before bed. Watch the funniest crap that tickles your funny bone and makes you laugh out loud and hard. You don't have to spend all day with this (unless you want to) whatever maybe 20 min or half an hour. Although it might not fix things, it sure as hell makes you feel better. Get those serotonins cookin'! =)

Laughing is truly the best medicine.

Or just get off if the internet altogether and go do some physical exercise. That and companionship are the best medicines.

Getting off the screen, into the fresh air, and mingling with people is a good idea if you can manage it. But when drowning in the swamps of depression, sometimes funny/mindless alone time on YouTube truly is the best medicine.

Nothing makes me laugh?? I’m so depressed that even shit that’s supposed to be funny doesn’t give me any joy.

Try the most preposterous reality TV you can find. Sounds crazy, but the Kardashians have helped me out immensely during periods of catatonic depression.

Try some exercise, eat better if you can (not junk food) and certainly get your sleep. It all adds up to a better head space. Sorry to hear of your depression. Hope things get better for you.

And Kids in the Hall are on CBC Gem - also Schitt's Creek (if you haven't seen it).
