Hopefully some kind of kick in the ass to remind you how lucky you are.

start again. it's called life. it ebbs and it flows. sometimes you're on top the world, sometimes you're full of worry. sometimes it doesn't make sense. you only get one chance though. always keep living towards whatever dreams are in your heart.

Focus on your spiritual growth since the material growth wasn't enough for you.

You're not the first person who did all the right things in life only to find out how incredibly overrated it all is. Downsize and go lead an interesting life, instead of a life of acquiring things.

I decided to bin it all and start over. The only thing I have found that brings TRUE happiness in life is having options, AKA freedom and having new meaningful experiences. To see the world, the real would outside your bubble and to connect with new people is magical. You learn so much about this world and yourself and it also brings peace to your soul. good luck

Options: If it is a partner you don't want anymore, examine the reasons. Are you bored, angry, stifled, guilty, resentful, what? Is this something you can fix on your side? Is this something that will require the partner to change? These answers will clarify whether you stay the course or let them go.

If it is stuff, you can let go of that stuff. Pictures last forever in the cloud, memories are what are hard to obtain. Can you sell, regift, give away, donate, or dump material goods that you now find tedious or burdensome?

Sounds like what you (and all of us) really need is a vacation and new perspective!
