Dude you're way ahead of me, I change my sheets once in a month or more. I don't shower every day either, unless it's the height of summer. It's a waste of precious water.

... an interesting question to me. How often should bedsheets be washed? I didn't think about it until I stayed at a hotel, and I'd have them changed every second day, and I noticed a difference.

I do about the same even if I am getting action. I liked the smell of my man on my sheets. I miss that.

Once a week is the recommended minimum. It's what's deemed healthy for you.

I have seriously dry and sensitive skin. Bathing every day isn’t necessary unless you’re someone who works out every single day or who has seriously stinky BO. It’s scientifically proven that all we do when we wash our skin daily is to remove the protective oils. So definitely do not shower/bathe daily (or wash your hair) unless you are so filthy that it’s necessary. As for sheets, if you’re not filthy and if you don’t take up the entire bed, then changing your sheets a couple of times a month is just fine. If you don’t like sleeping in the “used” portion, then just move over to the side you rarely use!

Ha... Just changed mine tonite, fresh off the line out side. Oh and two fresh pillow cases... Now that feels great :) Like to do them once a week or so especially during summer when it is hot.
