I judge

People who post pictures on SNS of their babies/kids that are not old enough to be able to understand anything about being online. Thank god for not being born in this generation. I would have hated my parents for the rest of my life if they had done that of me.

The children will be able to grow up and see back in their past when their parents still loved each other.

Before the divorce.

Like a historical record of something no longer valued yet longed for.

Being online and shown to family, friends, and relatives are two different stories.
My parents left me videotapes and pictures as well and we watched them together with my cousins and I showed them to my friends. I agree that it was such a good time and fun looking back.
But as someone mentioned, if they're online that means they are seen by strangers and it will never be there forever no matter how hard you try to delete them. Or a bigger matter, maybe crazy people keep them and god knows what they do with them.
It is a great idea to take and keep photos and videos of your kids, but you just don't have to put their life on risk by putting them online.

No need to hate, just sue them

That is irresponsible parenting... and you are quite right that it's very disrespectful and inconsiderate to the child.

Nobody is perfect, but a lawsuit and precedent will fix that. Do you see parents beating up their kids anymore? No. I rest my case.
