It upsets me when people who make twice a much money as me directly impact my life because they aren't trying to do their jobs properly.

They didn't get their jobs based on their education, knowledge, skills, and experience. They got their jobs because they knew the right person or knew how to "rub" them in the right way.
It's not what you know, it's just who you blow.

Tired of hearing this BS all the time. It's just an excuse by those who didn't get good enough grades or take the correct courses, don't have the same experience, have a bad attitude, or are lazy/make errors.

No one cares what you're tired of. Most of us have been around it and seen it go on long enough to know that's how it is. I've seen plenty of times. Friends and family of management staff that have no post secondary, are dumb as rocks, and are lazy useless do nothings given entry level positions at senior wages and then are fast tracked up the ladder over proven hard working dedicated employees with far more experience and education.

I’ve worked in a management role for many years.
The narrative that all managers somehow skipped the line is not my experience, nor the experience of many of my professional peers. To shed some light, I’m a women, minority, immigrant parents.
In fact, the biggest issue I’ve had has been finding people to hire and manage that bother to give a shit about their jobs and do them property. These roles require at least a post secondary education. But many don’t perform, require a lot of supervision despite being paid pretty well and it results in me spending a lot of my time mentoring them and helping them get work done It sucks and it’s a drain.

It's not necessarily the management who are useless, lazy and underqualified (although I've met plenty of them, working in the public sector for 22 years). It's when they hire their own family/friends/friends of family, etc., who are useless, lazy and underqualified. Then they hire a couple of people who DO know what they're doing and burn them out by dumping all the work on them. I've seen this happen so many times it just isn't funny.

You are all just gogs in the circle of oppression that has been going on for hundreds of years in our society.
Worker bees on every level.
Top to bottom.
If you choose to look at it that way,
"Levels" I mean ! Mattering.
What you going to do about it ?
