Pick funny noises just to drive her bananas ie* the sounds of a train, a kids audio book or moaning noises. Suggest decibel reduction ear plugs. Ask her Husband if he thinks your loud?

How and why did you give your number to this person I would never do that. It's always best to let the super or building manager deal with complaints never between the two people tempers will rise people will say things. Someone mentioned the cops everytime I call the cops (for loud parties at 3am) they never fucking show up. Noise complaints are a tricky issue. Two weeks ago my neighbor screamed at the people above him because of a party. Guess what happened they were louder and turned up the music. Always contact the building manager and tell them that your rent pays their salary and to deal with the issue. It's happened to me before I have had to miss work and work pays for rent. If you miss work because of neighbors and you can't pay rent it's the neighbors fault.

She complains if you use the stairwell during the day and is always complaining about kids playing outside. Removes certain business cards from the notification board while keeping others up. A total hag! Some people live to bitch :)
