It’s rare to see it

But I don’t see vancouverites wearing goretex and jeans anymore. This city is dead to me. Yup central.

The City...

... has really changed in the last ten years. I decided to go around the province for a couple of weeks---the good thing is that as soon as you get past Hope, it's pretty much British Columbia as I remember it. It used to be it was that way past Haney...now you have to go to Hope or further, but it's still out there.

God, I wish I could afford to live in Hope ;)

I feel I'm like watching children playing grown-up in their parents clothes. Gore-tex and Jeans is much more suitable for this city.

Clothing has gotten so cheap in the last 20 years thanks to fast fashion, and manufacturing in Asia, even Vancouverites can dress alright but Vancouver will never give up its yoga pants. Does that make you feel better?
