Sorry but

I confess. Every time I see a high-end black or white vehicle, my mind immediately goes to “drug dealer” or “money laundering”. I watch the news. Almost every single time it shows a vehicle implicated in crime, it’s a high-end vehicle that’s either black or white. Oh, and let’s not forget the fancy hubcaps. Hint: anyone who doesn’t want to be associated with crime: pick ANY other colour!

I can agree with the black or real dark colours but I can't agree with white. I've noticed a lot of women choose white as the colour and they are not related to any gangs...moms. Hell, I don't even mind a nice truck in white providing it's got some other accents on it that make it look bad ass. Anyway, I gave a thumbs up.

Well

Before most high end cars were black and I have to say a black Mercedes ages much better than let’s say a light blue one. And white color cars ah I remember the time that that was the base color and tradespeople got them to put stickers on them. But that was in a little town far away and long time ago. Here in Vancouver with the absurd percentage of high end cars I don’t think one can state that they’re all drug dealers or money launderers... some of them are people that worked hard for the money, some less hard but smart, some just lucky but a lot of them people that should’ve gone with the Toyota Camry or Corolla to save money they could use elsewhere instead of pretending to be able to afford that white or black high end car. Now if you would have made it more specific, let’s say white or black Cadillac Escalade then yeah

has nothing to do with vanity bling. Its about reliability, comfort and fuel efficiency. The opposite to the boys who have a inverse proportion fetish about size of their car tire wheels compensating for their private parts size inferiority complex. And perhaps the same with their loud mufflers compensating for their fears of erectile dysfunction.

Even funnier

Is when you see expensive cars really dirty with a temporary wheel. Dude is barely selling enough drugs to make the payments ,lolololololol.

"compensating for their private parts size inferiority complex...fears of erectile dysfunction. "
I was in the car biz 20 years.
And the only people who say stuff like this, are those who are trying to compensate for not being able to afford them.
In other words, sour grapes.

But branding and advertising are important business attributes- in all businesses it would seem. Only smart criminals wear normal clothes and have a small entourage but since they rarely get caught, and there are plenty of stupid ones to do the grunt work and to give to the police, well.

Black SUVs

I can't see white cars in this equation. I think of white cars as conservative or senior's cars, not gangster cars. Black SUVs with heavily tinted glass though, seems like every time.

Around 22% of new vehicle sales are black and another 20% being white, that's 42%. With 19 million new vehicles sold in North America last year, means that over 8 million black and white vehicles were sold last year.
Do you really think that only drug dealers buy black or white? Or that people care that you think so?
