Same reason I secretly wished for mandatory public school uniforms for BC schools when my kids were in school. Not only does it save money over all, it also means that kids who can’t afford the fancy brand names don’t get singled out. The one major thing I’d change is the rule saying females had to wear skirts. Should be unisex uniforms including skirts if people want to wear one, regardless of biological gender.

We already have a uniform in BC, Yoga pants.
