I am at the pub But no one wants company COVID is dreadful We used to chat here We used to meet new people This pandemic sucks I want a Lager But all they have is cocktails I am very sad This must be quite bad If I am writing Haikus What happened to pubs

A haiku is supposed to be no more than 3 lines. That is the definition of a haiku...so.....

Wow lol but I like the poem (def not a haiku but... you do haiku? it's poo, poor you) and appreciate the sentiment. We're all in our own social bubbles these days.... it's not going to help us understand other perspectives or ideas, that's for sure. I miss having a pint and a chat too, very much. Going out has lost that 'who will I meet and talk to?' excitement. Fingers crossed for a roaring 20s type summer when we are all inoculated!

@No: the rules go 5/7/5 and a seasonal reference as far as I know.
