Sleep when you're tired, eat when you're hungry

This whole isolation lifestyle has given me a more zen approach to life. On the 25th, I ate a bagel for dinner and I went to bed at 8 on the 31st. Who cares, just another day.

Time is a human construct. The clock was invented by French monks to tell them when it was time to pray. I love working from home. I start my work day at around eleven. When it's not raining I try to get out for a walk while the sun is still out, then come home to work. The day's work is done when it's done. Another day free from tawdry human nature.

I gained the quarantine 15 in the spring, but like you my eating habits and acceptance of solitude have dropped the weight. I listen to the rain drops to go to sleep. I don't know that I've ever done that.

Pre-pandemic, I had kind of forgotten how to meet my own basic needs. So a return to what you describe has been welcome.

It is...

... just another day where those of us who don't work for Government, etc. are increasingly worried about what's happening. But don't worry, the degree holders have everything well in hand, just like the overdose crisis.
