A lot of baking and roasts. Chicken and beef are my favourite for playing around with right now... but yes... this all does equal calories... I have to exercise 4 days a week. I'm super muscly now, which is crazy. I had no idea the stress from daily life was making me so skinny.

It's time to think about the people facing poverty, homelessness, those who lost their jobs after covid, lining up at food banks...while on the other side lives daily 5 course meals. If that doesn't indicate the need for wealth redistribution, I don't know what will.

That’s great that you’re cooking at home for yourself. Better than spending money on junk food. Enjoy your meals!

That sounds tasty.

I hear you about dropping weight from the stress of daily life. I was burning around 500 calories a day commuting to work on top of the workplace anxiety burn.

I’ve packed on some COVID pounds but feel healthier overall and try to do short, manageable workouts that more realistically suit my energy levels.
