Rites of Passage

Not everyone has kids, gets married, falls in love, or grows old. But everybody dies. For those closest to me, I didn’t think the possibility would come so soon. It’s always been someone distant. How could I think it would never happen? Mortality is only a matter of time, for any of us. This is the way of things. No thing continues forever. Memento Mori

Do we? All of us born on this speck of dust called Planet Earth certainly do change our mortal shirt, but do we end our existence; or is it like the caterpillar saying to the butterfly: "Oh how you've changed" ................. so, 'Don't worry be happy' :-)

Anything is possible. Perhaps our souls are similar to how water cycles through the earth. I notice however if this is the case - when it’s time to return to human form we come back wailing.

A chameleon’s tongue cares not if you’re a caterpillar or butterfly. You’re lunch. ;)

Think about how much water is trapped in our landfills... couple drops in every bottle. Multiply that by how many million? Billion? Something you don’t think about when you take that last sip... twist on the lid... and chuck it in the trash.
