I go eat at McDonald’s because it’s a guilty pleasure and I like the taste.

How does consuming salt, sugar, fat, and chemicals like, Propylene glycol, Monosodium glutamate, Sucralose, Bisphenol-A, Perfluorooctanoic acid, Atrazine, Polychlorinated biphenyls, ributyltin, Triclosan and Aspartame keep you humble? It will make you sick, though.

Don't you mean gourmands?

I just looked up the macdonalds hamburger, it doesn't contain those things. The worst it has is vegetable oil in the bun and some preservatives in the pickles.

Eating fast food once in a while is not going to make you sick. If it does, you probably have a digestive issue re: digesting fats, which is not caused by fast food but by not eating hearty. All successful animals just eat whatever.

My dog eats dead birds. Loves dead birds, can't get enough of them, he sniffs a dead bird at 100 paces and is all over it like Oprah on a baked ham.

I not so humbly

congratulate myself on my (sometimes) good life choices whenever I bike past a jam-packed drive thru lineup at McD's. Bonus points if the horrid smell of the place induces a gag reflex. Just because I have a choice of six vinegars does not make me a bad person.

Monosodium glutamate seems to be completely fine as long as you don't massively overdo it. Also, sugar and fat are fine in general, and intrinsic components of our biology and much of diets in general. Also, try intaking zero sodium for 2 years straight and tell me how you feel :)

The rest though I'd have to agree with, those shouldn't really be in our diets (or environments in general).

Also, some people get super sick and croak while having ultra healthy long-term diets and lifestyles, while others remain super healthy yet don't have anything approaching a super healthy diet or lifestyle. Ultimately if we don't thoroughly understand (and thoroughly explore through continuous radical experimentation) the fact that the "physical body" is actually a specific configuration of transpersonal consciousness, and is consciousness-designed, actualized, maintained and directed, human beings will continue to go through all sorts of unnecessary dis-ease and deterioration that is otherwise completely reversible and avoidable.

Is food for a robot or npc i like to say. (Non player character)

You have no character maybe no idea about food or other ethics. Maybe no one can stand the site of you eating. McDonald's is for pigs.

and put sand in the oil and sugar in the gas and you will soon need a mechanic. But going to a mechanic is WAY more easy than going to the hospital for major surgery. Wise up ... Walk Good Sisters and Brothers
