I'm never using a fry pan to cook bacon ever again

I had a breakfast dinner tonight with Costco's Bacon hash browns and a few eggs. I decided there isn't enough bacon in the hash browns so I cooked a pack of bacon in the oven for the first time ever. I was truly amazed with how the bacon came out that I will be ditching the frying and instilling this new method moving forward.

i will be trying this too. thank you. i look forward to more pandemic cooking lessons on confessions! side note, for perfect sunny side up eggs, cook your eggs on a non stick starting from cold. no bubbles, perfectly glossy and happy egg.

My parents use their barbecue for cooking bacon, which seems to work pretty great too!

OMG yass! I love oven bacon. You'll find you can season it with any spice you like and it's much better than fried. I learned about it many years ago as a kitchen plebe working with a crazy chef in Lake Louise...anyway, bon appetit!
