One Good Thing About Covid

Is there's no longer bulk foods at Superstore. Not sure about other stores though. There's many things I have wanted to try, but never did due to the hundreds of times I've seen little kids with their snotty/pissy hands pawing through the candies, buns, nuts etc.

There are kids that keep better hygiene than adults...

Show me a kid that doesn't pick their nose nor scratch body parts,or washes their hands right away.

I confronted a woman who was picking through several of the bulk nuts bibs, with her fingers. Eating a few, licking her fingers, and then going in for more. Disgusting.

But I hope hand sanitizer at store entrances continues to be a thing after COVID.

And yes, let’s get standardized hygienic systems in place for bulk foods that eliminate open bins.

Some of the bulk bins have chutes so you can't rifle around with your grubby hands in there. They should all be that way.

Were removed during the pandemic and replaced with prepackaged bags of varying sizes.

I used to be able to buy loose grapes but can only find them in prepackaged plastic bags.
