people with new puppies

I love animals, but I find it almost unbelievable that people who don't live in my building just make themselves comfortable plopping on our front lawn with their friends and drinks, like 3 times a day for a half hour at a time with their pups who pee all over the lawn and roll in the flower bed and act as if they live in my building and pay rent. I would never dream of doing that on some strangers lawn.

I’m one of those people. When nobody is looking I don’t pick up. Fertilizer maybe? I’m kidding and it’s a good reminder to me.
Y. Welcome

Try sprinkling cayenne pepper on your lawn. Doesn’t harm your grass and the poor pups won’t dare. Stay spicy!!

I own 2 dogs and I would never consider just making myself comfortable on someone else's lawn multiple times a day.

Me too and I don't live in an expensive condo. I can barely afford my rent these days in a crappy apt, but I see this all the time. Drives me nuts especially when I'm working from home.
You May Consider Doing Same

and even do it once in awhile if you didn't own a condo. Find more worthy things to obsess about.

In form them they are trespassing, and ask them to leave.
If they don't, phone the non emergency police line.
I've done it,and it works.
I think...

... you are uptight. Where do you all come from? How do you make enough income to move here?
Unfortunately

There will always be assholes who think rules never apply to them, or their children, or their dogs, etc. It's just an unpleasant reality. What you can't control, you need to block out, for your sanity.
Turn a hose on them

Really.
They don't live there, they're trespassing.
Take their picture, tell them to go, turn a hose on them if they don't leave.
