Sort of admire people who drink to excess or smoke or do drugs to access. All I do is eat sugar to access and now I've got diabetes. It's sort of sad. I have a relative who cured her diabetes through fasting so that's what I'm trying so far the glucose numbers are coming down which is good.

yes sugar is bad but the damage really is excess carbs which turn into to sugar in the body. Westerners really have too many choices in sweets without the savoryness that far east asians have hence asians born here get diabetics at higher rate than there home countries

Yeah I live around a household who do nothing but get drunk and abuse gaslight neg slander whatever other "fun" they get up to. It's always the alcohol's fault. The truth is it's no wonder they're incels but why do they think women are desperate to date anybody who'd abuse them. Do they actually believe themselves? Or they're just that delusional/drunk?
