Being honest with yourself is a good start.

Its always the best policy. I'm terribly lonely also. I'm hitting my mid-70s of age and most of my friends have now lost their life or lost their way do to substance abuse or people or spirit abuses. I just keep leaning into the wind and keep moving forward. Helping those less fortunate than myself always helps me personally and, I often keep open to starting conversations with strangers in public. I get some wonderful results. Let it out here. Facecrack and Instacrap are almost completely full of people trying to look or be something they aren’t. Lie there. Here, even when people you know or are directing a confession at, can never 100% know. Fuck validation:)
