Day trippin'

I don't have too much sympathy for US businesses complaining that the PCR test requirements stop Canadians from popping over the border to "buy milk, gas, or pick up a parcel". Let these small time tax avoiders continue supporting Canada a little longer!

Maybe Canada could lower the obscene price of goods and services and we’d have no reason to drive that far out of our way to get them.

Maybe the people living in multi million dollar houses and claiming poverty should start paying taxes.
That would cover 100000 daytrips easy.

Gas is about a dollar Can. per litre in Bellingham right now.
At my station in White Rock it's $1.63 per litre. My vehicle takes 85 litres, so 80 litres almost empty...I'd save $50. Pick up a some groceries and I can save $100 for an hour trip.
Not being able to cross the border the last 18 months has cost me about $4000.
So unless you want to sent me a cheque for $200 a month so I can shop in White Rock- I suggest you mind your own business.
