I can't get off without 100% trust

And I can't have 100% trust in men since I was raped a few years ago. So I will never get off again

I’m sorry for what happened to you and I can relate to your lack of trust. But there’s more ways to get off than just with a man. Also, I strongly urge you to get the trauma therapy you need in order to help you heal.

You don’t need anyone else to get off.
I also suggest seeing a therapist for the trauma you endured

I was sexually assaulted a few years ago and since then I haven’t had a comfortable bowel movement. Sorry for the TMI but it’s the truth. You have to take your power back and not let your insecurity around getting off inhibit you. Practice by yourself until your comfortable with it and then if you choose to you can open yourself up to meeting a nice person who’d love to help you get there without any expectations. Good luck on your journey.

The way I've found help for my very serious childhood onset PTSD was to keep trying helpful counselling & faith patterns until I found what was most helpful. And one thing I found is that the real deal most helpful counsel comes from those who never advertise nor put a price tag on their services. Sure everyone has to earn a living but the best helpers I've found always have another trade or profession and simply help because its the positive thing to be of service. Yes, the principle of reciprocity has its place. If counsellor/healer/helper has to travel or to miss out on their income opportunities an offering of any type is appreciated but the $$ is never our G-d and is never first ... I wouldn't expect a 100% trust from anyone, and I sure wouldn't trust anyone 100%, but I wouldn't let that stop me from getting off.

I hear you. I've been able to trust since, but my body felt trauma for some months after. The days were okay, but I lost sleep because of nightmares every night. After a month of that, I had my first tonic clonic. Even if your mind is clear, there is a lot to sort through after something like that. Take your time. Don't blame yourself, no matter how you felt in the moment, it is not your fault. Slowly let those deemed trustworthy into your life, little by little. And trust, above all else, is earned.

If pause and think a little instead of having a knee jerk reaction, you'll figure out what the downvotes mean

Each person is different, but even getting oneself off has the potential to trigger emotional flashbacks and bring up feelings of fear and shame. Sexual trauma robs us far into the future. OP, my heart goes out to you.

I have no trust

Since it was taken from me many many years ago. (Never instilled actually) I grew up unvalued and unappreciated. Low self esteem. I met someone and found my world open up. But that didn't last. I don't expect people to fulfill me. Nature and the great outdoors are as good as it gets
