Dunno but my guess is about 46% gets caught by their past wrongdoing and this percentage decreases as I get older it feels like. Survival of the fittest indeed (?)

Instead of live and let live; their karma run over someone's dogma, so then that dogma lift its leg and pisses on karma's tire.

You don't know

You don't know your karma and you don't know the karma of others. You don't even know if what's happening to you or others is good or bad karma.

All you need to do is live a compassionate life. I see too many buddhists obsessed with karma, and they are generally not very good buddhists.

Please stop, Karma doesn't exist. The Universe is just Chance, Chaos, and Causation. The entire concept of Karma was merely conceived from cultural development. The Universe itself does not support nor displays any evidence of possessing a regulator for misdeeds, or a congratulator for valor.
This translates into Karma being applicable to matters influenced by HUMAN intervention and morality, not through any spiritual or cosmic grandeur. And even then, repercussions of once-obscure human actions or atrocities are but the REACTIONS to our input from the laws of natural order.
