I love my ensuite.

Nothing special, no heated marble tile floors, no fancy steam shower, double sinks or automated toilet. Just forty square feet of simplicity and solitude. Small south facing window which allows me some fresh air or to enjoy the natural light. Central heat and air conditioning. Large vanity mirror and dimmable lighting. Far enough away from the main living spaces so most of the time all I hear is the occasional car or dog barking. What could be better?

Have lived in the boonies with an outhouse or only a bucket available as a 'convenience'. I can really relate to your post!!

I completely relate to your post! I recently moved. Because of soaring prices the house I bought is smaller than I intended to buy. It is only 2 bedroom but the Master is large, has a walk in closet and ensuite. I had never had either before and love them both. When I close the bedroom door it is a place apart from the rest of the house. Enjoy your ensuite, my friend because I certainly am!

Well, a million things.
Like living in an ocean view condo, with a pool,in Puerto Vallarta or Ko Samui etc for $600 a month- surrounded by inexpensive and awesome healthy food.
Living on a boat, moored in Miami or Virgin Gorda or Nassau and catching your own lobsters whenever you desire.
Instead of being stuck in Vancouver, totally awestruck by a bathroom.......................

Can I come over to watch Seinfeld?
The madness of materialism.

Weirdo, you're supposed to be chronically dissatisfied with what you have and always want an upgrade to fill that emptiness in your life and seek approval from others. Pull yourself together. /s

So glad you found such a humble abode.
It's tough finding a place in Vancouver.
You certainly know how to glout and also share a post that people find boring and useless.
"Clap clap"
Perhaps try living in a tent

Say in Strathcona or Surrey before making such comments. Happy for you and hopefully one day you’ll realize just how shallow of a person you have become. Any chance you’re from Toronto or Hong Kong? Just asking for a friend.
