im so tired

im so fucking tired of everything. i hate life. i hate my face. i hate my body. i hate my hair. i hate everything about myself. why am i so fucking ugly. why tf do people think im gay. im fucking crying myself to sleep wanting to just dissapear. im so tired of this fucking bullshit. i always get rejected. im always the one left out. im always annoying. im just so tired of verything. school is just fucking me over and i have no friends. even my parents begin to judge me. i become more and more angry at everyone and everything. im more and more sensitive. i just cant anymore. im so tired

Yup I too just hate character building experiences, emotional resilience, physical strength and selfless anonymous service to others, all while simultaneously pursuing enlightened self interest.
I too wish someone would look down on me and feel sorry for me.

Is there anything that's right? Is there anything about your body that you like? You DO realize you are more than your body, right? You are also your intelligence, your personality, your interests, passions, friendships, kindnesses. What are the things about your personality you like the most? What kinds of interests make you really fired up? The further you descend down into anger and frustration, the harder it will be to climb out. Focus on the positive. Focus on solutions. Recognize what you can or can't control. You CAN'T control that there are bullies and judgmental people out there. You CAN control the choice to make new friends, or be choosy about your friends. Surround yourself with positive, encouraging people. The haters can go f*ck themselves. Distance yourself from them, seriously. They're like sandbags on a lifeboat. ONLY YOU have control over your attitude. Yes life sucks right now, and a lot is going wrong, but the only one who can fix it is YOU. You can do this, you can make some f*cking changes or you can sit around angry & frustrated. Completely up to you.

It's OK to be tired of everything. It's OK to feel down about yourself at different times. Even if it feels like you are alone in that, you aren't. At your school, guaranteed that even the most confident, happy-looking classmates are likely carrying around fears or hurts or experiences that others would never begin to imagine. I am a teacher - I see it. Just be kind and patient with yourself. You won't always feel like this. And if it's too heavy to carry the load, I promise your school counselor will listen to you. And if the one assigned to you doesn't support you in the way you need to be supported, ask to speak to one of the other ones - you're allowed to do that. It can feel like you are alone when life is like this. But keep giving it another day, OK? One day, things will feel differently Take care.
