2022

I want and need to get back in shape this year. I know my diagnosis can change at anytime, but I'm not giving up. I've already been cooking at home and eating healthier, but haven't settled into regular exercise. I want to be and feel healthier. I want to feel sexy again too. I don't have to go to the gym 6 days a week like back in my twenties, but it would be nice to fit in a walk outside every morning and swimming twice a week. Best of luck to all in the same boat wanting something better.

Same Same

I feel the same and I plan to make it happen! I need to shed 20 pounds (but I'm be happy with 10 by the spring) The only problem is I'm a female over 40 who works from home, and
Moving weight over 40 is like pushing a car up a hill.
Good luck to everyone who's going to make it happen :-)

Trickster Turdeau

Our prime sinister has a tattoo of a raven surrounding the world… hmm.

What relevance is that to the confession, you weirdo?

Raven stole the light and brought it out to light up the world. Yet Raven is a trickster—often selfish, hungry, and mischievous. He changes the world only by cleverly deceiving others in his never-ending quest for food.

Shape

I'd love to, and need to, return to a natural state of extreme health, too. Movement-exercise is one of the keys; it just seems hard after you've been really out of shape for long periods of time. Involuntary substances that cause metabolic harm and weight gain don't help either -_-

One of the other comments from a couple years ago said "Haha, more like a 537 year old museum person"

I bet she looks eye-poppingly amazing, and that her consciousness is even more amazing - unimaginable to me, even.

I want to meet her; she's from medieval times, hehe.

That is all. :)

I have been trying to get back in shape by jogging all over the city but you really have to keep your eyes on the sidewalk at times or you will end up with Pooshu.
Nasty if you step in something unexpected.
Seriously :)
Keep up the good work people someone will notice and you will feel healthier.

Doing a January challenge to move everyday. Bike, walk, run, so far so good! Highly recommend!
