I have Netflix, but I actually prefer to watch old public domain films with a drink or two.

Dan offers some advice on where she might find it.
You sat across the bar from me. I looked up and we caught each other's eye and both smiled....

Can you list some of your fave old movies?
And while we're at it, what types of drinks do you have while you're watching them.
Having martinis or other cocktails while watching The Thin Man movies is fun.

Is way better,it may have ads & non of the current "hit" movies or shows or series, but you can find some great gems once in awhile....plus it's free.

I usually drink soju because I have allergies to wheat, corn and grapes which excludes almost everything. There's probably a silver lining in that limitation though. :)
I fell into this stuff through a podcast called Drunk in Public Domain. It's a great introduction to old films. Some decent films they've reviewed include The Last Man on Earth, Horror Express. Classics like Nosferatu are worth seeing, and finally there's plenty of BAD films that are fun to drink to... Manos: Hands of Fate, Plan 9. Since it's all public domain they are all free on youtube.
