Breathe in and out

I went off weed edibles for a month so that I could clear my head. Now, I’m back on just to see how my mind works again. Only this time I won’t over indulge like I used to. I think once a week would be better rather than every day.

Lower amounts like a 1:1 CBD mix, maybe 5 mg of each.
After being badly hurt- off work for 9 months and 4 months in a physical rehab clinic-in an accident, I need to have it 2-3 times a week.

... used weed on and off for two decades now (god I am getting old), and I can say that the best health I have had (going to the gym, etc.) has been when I would eat cannabis every day. But I also know lots of ppl who are basically non-functional eating weed.
Like, when I eat weed, I don't just space out---and it isnt just tolerance, even if I have had no weed for months, and I hang out with a buddy of mine who since it was lefgalized grows it and makes brownies, I can eat as many brownies as he will put in front of me, remain loquacious. He has about 1/3 as much brownie as I do, and he's sleeping and staring off into space.
I guess it is my superior genetics or something. Or I just have a lot more background inflammation =]

Do you keep a journal? I know some people document their experiences with different edibles and how much they have at a time.
I use Phoenix Tears off & on

I have had a similar experience, though with smoking. I realize there is more harm from smoking vs edibles, but I generally haven’t liked the effect from ingesting so I stick to sativa buds. I recently experimented with taking a month long break and lost weight (not a great thing given that I don’t have much weight to lose). I just totally lost my appetite and struggled to eat enough. I also found that my mood over time got worse and not better. Perhaps I’ve been self-medicating to some extent over all these years, and it would take a longer period of time for me to establish healthier habits that increase my sense of well-being. All I know is that I generally feel better when I am smoking. The biggest thing I need to monitor is the amount where less is more. My problem is that I very quickly fall back into old habits, and before I know it, I’m smoking way too much again. I’ve concluded that taking breaks every now and then helps as a check and a reset so I don’t fall back into old habits, or if I do, I catch it earlier and have a way to dial things back.
Weed, edibles?

...and no one cares if you do or not. Am guessing you think you're so perfect, drinking your cheap draft or whatever booze you like.
@Weed- just like sitting in a pub?

Poor assumption, because you're dead wrong. Have a nice life.
