Apparently 38 years old isn't as agile as 9. My ankles were mostly fine while I was playing soccer with my nephew... until the next day when I badly sprained one just walking down a path.

Yeah, 40 is a turning point for most active people, and it doesn't matter how active you've been, your body starts to betray you. I recommend going to the gym. When there, only use the machines to preserve joints, calisthenics, and stretching, Yoga if you feel a need to be in a confined space with other smelly people and need guidance.
At 40, you want to play the long game and think about being healthy into your 50 and into your golden years. I was still bodybuilding into my 40s and now experience the consciences with my shoulders and knees.

That's so funny me too I've been hobb goblin it around for two days not even sure what happened. Waiting in line for what seemed like hours or maybe it was smashing my ankle on this log in the forest. Who knows!
But damn I feel like I'm 150 today.
So funny !
