The Loop

I find myself compelled to do the same things again and again hoping for different results. Yes, I know what they say. Insanity. Like being stuck in a roundabout with nowhere to turn off and going back the way I came. I want to be different, to an extent. Is that the problem? I’m not willing to change enough? To build a new road out. Where would it even go? Or do I go off road? What does that even mean?

Ever did for me was to serve as a gang plank for shallow melodrama

but different. Whenever something isn't working out I switch roads, but I don't know how to turn around.

I'm out of the loop so now what ?
Guess I'm standing at the crossroads !
It doesn't even matter all roads eventually lead to nowhere sadness and sheer disappointment.
Does happiness even exit ?
I think it's a fleeting emotion that never stays very long .

You folks who are life-challenged and need help

Don't you see there are many so-called advisors, counsellors, gurus advertising their service out there. Suggest you don't go for the low priced ones tho. The more you pay the more help you get. Cash or E-transfer available BUT CASH PREFERRED

In my opinion, repetition of patterns that do not serve us does not necessarily denote insanity, as the popular saying goes.

Rather, this repetition is a call to thoroughly explore a primal wound until it has been intellectually resolved and emotionally integrated.

Bingo. That’s exactly right. Unless we’re aware of why we’re repeating unhealthy patterns, and know how to avoid doing so, we’re destined to continue. Oftentimes it’s a learned behaviour from experiences we had as children, and our brains became wired to a specific response that we aren’t even aware of. It’s an arduous process to rewire our brain to avoid reacting in the same way. Be patient with yourself and others who may be struggling with this.

It may not even be a matter of rewiring our brain, but rather delegating responsibility for shame that is not our burden to bear, and watching our habitual responses shift naturally to reflect this restoration of justice.
