Still Screwed

The worst thing I ever did for myself was interview and work for the Government of Canada. I suffer each day because of what occurred. I wish there was a government-sponsored program to cure what ails me. I do NOT forgive Canada..

Sure but you make ZERO examples.

Knowing nothing about how that works, I have no idea what you're waffling on about.

I totally agree 1000% I'm in the process of disengaging from this toxic employer. From inept management to crazy coworkers to the obvious elephant in the room--the English/French piece. This job messed me up emotionally physically and spiritually.

Another ohsocryptic post. So guess what? I don’t care to even ask what you’re talking about. I’m too annoyed to be bothered.

I know right? They stole my toque, covered me in maple syrup and stuck a toonie in my beaver.

It would appear that the worshippers from the Cult of Statism don't appreciate you criticizing their pantheon on Parliament Hill.

Help yourself

Any problem the government sets out to alleviate becomes worse, not better. In this country, you're better off steering clear of the governments and their solutions. We need less government, not more. Look after yourself. No one else will.

Did you suffer workplace abuse? That said, I like what Winston Churchill said: "Democracy is the worst form of government except for all the others." Sure there's plenty that could be better in good ole'Canada but it is one of the best places to live. That's why a billion refugees running from climate crisis, economic hardship and despotism would love to live hear. So, suggest we all keep our cool and try to work together to make Canada better, and not fall into the conspiracy or hate mentality to make it worse. ps: if you did suffer from workplace abuse there are people and institutions to go to for help: ie: everyday we see in the media that police, military, educators and medical bullies are being disciplined.
