Streets change. People change. Somehow in 40 years the feel of summer sizzling on the Van-city sidewalks always makes me feel young like the first one and everyone after.

I know exactly that feeling you’ve described. I love strolling amongst them beautiful goddesses walking up and down the Granville and Burrard St. Bridge. Excellence. Pure excellence. That and some sushi rolls. Even a sizzling slice of cheese pizza from Nat’s Pizzeria or Did’s in Vancouver

You need an old-timey Walkman with Lovin Spoonfuls~Hot Time Summer in the City, playing, to complete this level of nostalgia. You can pick one up at a thrift store.
