Dear Mangers

Okay. You probably think I'm annoying. You probably think I'm crazy. Let me be blunt. If you do not want to hear anymore complaints, then do better. You need to do a better job at training your staff so that way they'll know how to talk to customers. If your staff are having an "off day", then send them home. Don't come into work. And by the way, don't ever call me a "Karen." Drop the whole "Karen" moniker already. It's getting old and juvenile. Either call someone by their real name or use your own name instead.

Then don’t be a fucking Karen.
Customer service is not the same game it used to be. People are not earning enough to pay rent and buy groceries, so why would they have the incentive to deal with demanding people like you?
How many employers would comp these workers for lost wages if they were sent home for having an “off day”? Wouldn’t having a skeleton crew on shift exacerbate your issues?
Newsflash, princess: the earth does not revolve around you and its people are not your royal servants.

But what if you are been a Karen, you are the reason that term was made. If you have so many problems with customer service staff then maybe its you! God I feel so bad for my poor wife having to deal with entitled people like your self.
Karen?

Training? you assume workers are trained? you also assume the higher ups give a crap about your needs, never mind those on the front line.
How about you shop where you know the staff has been "trained" to your satisfaction?
How about you skip over the front line staff and go straight to the higher ups?
lots of other names to call apart from Karen
You are uptight

Sorry but this is the wrong place to voice this type of opinion. You need to realize that apparently expecting anything even vaguely resembling customer service nowadays is unacceptable. If you do expect it then you are a terrible person, a “princess” and will immediately be labelled a Karen. I suspect that this attitude has become rampant because that way people become afraid to speak up and the people who have jobs in “customer service” don’t actually have to fulfill that role. Companies love it because they can also get away with not training people at all because the public has been shamed into accepting absolute shit service out of the fear of being labelled. So save your breath because I’ve come to believe that it’s a lost cause.

You sound like an entitled Karen…
You’re hired for a f’king job, just do it. Stop re-writing the job description to based on what you’re earning. If you don’t want to do the job… just leave
