And when I'm lonely, I eat. I've gained weight. If I weren't so sad, I might care.

It's ok, you're not alone on the eating when you're sad or lonely thing. We all do it. You will come out of it when you're ready. Maybe try something that you've always wanted to do that you've never made time for. You deserve to be happy! with love & caring =)

I’ve gained a lot of weight in the past few years. I hate it so much, but at my age it’s so much harder to lose and with the health issues I’ve had, that’s made it even harder. Menopause hit me in spite of me never having a weight problem before, and living a very active lifestyle. But now I’m just so sad and tired and feeling so beaten down, that I just don’t care as much. Stress can kick your butt more than we know. It’s caused huge health problems for me, and now I’m dealing with that on top of all the stuff that caused the stress in the first place! So I wish I had something positive and uplifting to say, but really I’m just commiserating.

Look instead of putting shit in your mouth put your hand on the door handle and go outside for a walk and find some nature and breathe in some fresh air if you can find it and say Hi to people.
