Was owned by two brothers. Their socially-inept sister was an executive. The one brother's eldest son (barely out of university) ended up being the only project manager after the latest round of layoffs. During the summers, the younger son (barely out of grade school) came to work and people had to find stuff for him to do. It was a nightmare.

It’s their business, and they can give the jobs to who ever the hell they like. If you don’t like it quit.

Not OP but I did quit. Since then, the company's stock has dropped over 90% (nothing to do with me; it had just become a meme stock and I luckily cashed out at the peak). I love watching this dumpster fire. Bunch of useless fuck-knobs.

I was part of this when young! I was an asshole cuz I was related to owner and just out of high school. I was insufferable to others with my youthful stick-it-in-yer eye attitude BUT in my defence, I was the BEST graphics designer they have EVER HAD! No one else came even close to my talent. I could turn around a 20 page fully edited brochure or a whole web-campaign in a single night. I ended up staying 3 years til I moved on. Their online and print stuff today MOSTLY SUCKS compared to my work! My relative now has to come to me for help these but now I charge him dearly on an hourly basis for it! He's pissed cuz of that! P.S. Secretary was hot though! Dated her and her sexy friends all through my time there!

My workplace is like this too. She gets to go on long vacations for a month every other month and I’m here pulling teeth trying to WFH for a few days to take care of my sick kitty.
