I hate a toaster

A loved one bought a toaster on Amazon. It was $89.99. It is a cheap flimsy POS and gets very hot. The brand is Cusimax (knock off of Cuisipro). It stinks of burning cheap metal and the fumes do the following to me: Swollen lymph glands and breasts Burning eyes, nose, throat and lungs Clumsiness and confusion Angina This is just from the stupid thing sitting on a counter! It's even worse intensity when on. I explained fire risk, health issues, etc. They won't return it. They like their cheaply made POS slavery toaster. Why? There are normal toasters with real CSA approval at the store! This toaster might have an unfortunate incident. So many reviews say it stops working after a month, so maybe I'll help it along. I also reported it to the consumer safety web form. I'm sick of this crap being bought instead of properly inspected name brand products.

There are so many toasters in thrift stores around the city, and they cost all of 10 dollars.

My outside garden watering wand broke

Its the type you put on the end of the hose. It suddenly cracked and was gushing out water before the control lever. I'd probably paid less than $10 for it years ago, so I went to the big-name hardware store and they wanted $40 for a new one. When I looked at it, it was a cheap plastic p.o.s. that obviously wouldn't last long. I didn't buy it. I fixed my old broken one used some metal epoxy glue and It works fine. Yes. Fix & Repair is the way to go.

This is hands down the most pathetic excuse of a problem I have seen all year.

“I'm sick of this crap being bought“

You’re the one buying this. Check the reviews.

Their first mistake was buying something online. How you ever noticed that things for sale look so lovely in the pictures online but are never quite as they appeared to be upon arrival to your home ?

Ridiculous

You might not like it, and it’s possible that it’s a cheap piece of garbage that stinks when it’s used. But get a grip. It’s not giving you angina or causing your breasts to swell. Possibly when it’s working it’s giving off chemical fumes that make you cough, and that might be unhealthy. But when it’s just sitting on the counter? You have zero proof of any of those claims. It seems typical nowadays for people who just don’t like something to claim they’re being irreparably hurt by it or that they’re allergic to it. Realistically that’s highly unlikely and overly dramatic.

@anonymous - I did not buy it. Someone else did.

@Ridiculous - yes it is. I have an autoimmune disease and a rare genetic disorder that has implications on my heart, mast cells and lymph glands. Screw you, you ignorant POS. You're lucky not to have a body like mine. Seriously F*xk you. Go kick rocks.
