In all honesty...

I'm probably going to get criticized for saying this, but whatever. I don't care. As far as I'm concerned, people in Vancouver are hypocrites. All they ever did was complain about how Kennedy Stewart ignored street crime issues. Mayor Ken Sim deserves to be commended for trying his best to clean up all the garbage and filth. It's pathetic how these bleeding heart losers attack him as if he's a monster. Do these tree huggers not understand that less campments mean less violence, less thefts and less feces on the ground? Feces and other bodily fluids are biohazardous material, which gets you sick and leaves you with diseases. Biohazardous material is dangerous. Last year Vancouverites marched straight to the polls and voted the previous Mayor out of office. They got the change that they wanted, so what's the use in complaining? Idiots.

Talk - action = zero. It's true, they just sit around and complain. Bland and boring, complacent and dull. They want to hear themselves talk, so they can be the centre of attention while contributing nothing.

Do you think because buddy dispersed the homeless they have disappeared ?
They are all over your precious city now looking for new places to live maybe on your street !
Plus have you ever considered how many dogs in the city poo and urinate all over Vancouver?
Maybe the "Mayor " should get together with the money laundering B.C. Housing and find homes for everyone in need. You can close your eyes but it's still here !

Do you honestly believe it's the SAME people complaining- or perhaps it's separate groups of people complaining and that is what you hear?
Astounded that I need to explain this very simple thing....

If you displace people via police intimidation without providing a place for them to go, what do you think is going to happen next?
You can’t just sweep a systemic problem under a rug in a dirty way and expect a “clean” city. Ask anyone from a toxic family system how well that works.

Something that’s rarely talked about is the fact that a lot of those so-called homeless people routinely refuse shelter they’re offered. They want to live without any rules so they can continue their drug use and criminal activity. I’m not saying they’re all like that, but a lot are. Also, the complaints they make about how they’re just regular people who should be permitted to camp wherever might be easier to swallow if it wasn’t for the fact that when an encampment is found it’s usually a complete junkyard disaster. They make no effort to keep their area clean, they throw garbage all over the place including the spent propane tanks that should be properly disposed of. Nothing but excuses when someone speaks about any of these issues, claiming that they have no other options. I’ve run out of patience with this bs and although I’m not a fan of some of his policies I’m definitely in favour of the action he is taking to get rid of these pop up tent cities where drug trafficking and trading in stolen property is the main activity. They want to congregate so they can continue their criminal lifestyle, and up until recently they could carry on with that right out in the open. The sweeps need to happen every time a new tent city begins.

The streets are for everyone. The shops are for everyone. You're not entitled to lay around and smoke crack all day. If I did it, nobody would feel sorry for me.
