Nursing homes can be rewarding to work in, but they’re not the easiest places to work in. Take it from me. It can daunting at times since some seniors are demanding or even violent, depending on whatever issues go on in their lives. I dealt with one that verbally abused staff. What the gentleman had was a medical disorder. Things got so bad even his own family couldn’t stand him. You have to have the patience of a saint.
