I often wonder if G.I. Joe is Ken’s brother that got drafted into the army, but came home to be the best man at his wedding.

I had daughters and I also hated what Barbie stood for, and that was in the 70’s and 80’s. But the reality is that Barbie is just a toy and my daughters all grew up to be very independent and strong women in spite of it. As long as you model the type of person you want your daughters to emulate, your influence will outweigh the Barbie.
