at the very least, both sides have become extremes. Inclusion is moderate. None of what is currently going on is moderate or inclusive. This is being said from an 80's and 90's Westender who spent 2 decades fighting the same fight.

I posted but it wasn't added to Confessions. I found out yesterday from a young friend who works with challenged children and who was minding their own business on Wed. wearing their rainbow hoodie waiting for a bus when a car drove by them and someone from the car spit on them. The were unable to get the licence plate of the car to report to the police. This cowardly assault is one of the most vile and humiliating acts committed. I am disgusted by this unCanadian behaviour and only hope that the chicken shit that did this to a well liked and well respected individual reaps a just karma. An assault on my friend is an assault on us all. Stand up against this bullshit hatred!

The anti-trans people used their small children to promote hate in smaller areas like Abbotsford and Chilliwack. As a parent, that makes me sick.
