The lululemon Sunset Festival featuring Kaskade and special guest, Big Wild makes its hotly anticipated return to Brockton Oval in Stanley Park, one of the city’s most beautiful outdoor concert venues, on Saturday (August 17). The post-SeaWheeze celebration brings together thousands of runners, yogis, and music lovers for one of the biggest parties of the summer with live music, an artisan market, and, of course, outdoor yoga.
The music begins at 7:30 p.m., with internationally acclaimed electronic artist Big Wild, followed by headliner Kaskade. As always, the open-backed stage has been set up to highlight the backdrop of the Vancouver skyline. Festivalgoers will have the chance to take in the tunes as the sun sets over the ocean in one of the city’s most beautiful locations. Tickets are $48 and can be purchased online now.
The night kicks off with Global yoga ambassador Baron Baptiste leading a 5,000-person class, helping participants flow into the evening ahead of the entertainment.
Attendees looking to fuel up for the wild dance party should be sure to indulge in some of the tasty grab-and-go cuisine and array of delicious beverages. Forage Catering will be on site to feed guests, and lululemon has partnered with Postmark Brewing to serve Sun. Set. Go. Summer Ale brewed exclusively for SeaWheeze.
As festival guests walk the festival grounds, they are encouraged to look at the art installations, take in the surrounding nature, and be sure to check out the artisan market for some of the city’s finest local vendors. There will also be a lululemon store showcasing exclusive products made specifically for Sunset Festival.
There will also be plenty of Insta-worthy moments courtesy of the incredible LED structures, never before seen in Vancouver.
There’s a complimentary shuttle service from downtown all night, as well as a free bike valet for those taking the seawall.
Whether you're taking in the tunes and chilling on the grass or dancing the night away at the front of the stage, SeaWheeze Sunset Festival is one epic party you don't want to miss.
