The weekend kick-starts with Savour the Sun at Sunburst on Friday December 7: a ski-in ski-out, mid-mountain reception with a focus on private collection, hard-to-find wines presented and poured by the winemaker. Wine tastings will be paired with delicious food stations and spectacular views of the slopes, making for a stunning tasting event. If it’s a more informal evening you’re looking for, Savour Bubbles is a progressive-style tasting at Masa’s Bar + Grill focusing on sparkling wines and terroir expressive varietals from nine Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country winemakers, perfectly paired with international flavours prepared by the Sun Peaks culinary team. Rounding out the weekend, Uncork Your Senses takes place Saturday December 8 at The Annex: an elegant evening of food and wine, featuring 12 of the region’s most respected wineries, where you’re able to discover the diversity of Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country and the BC culinary scene.
